Sentiment has been expressed here in the past that when revenue sharing takes place, not all schools will either want to or will be able to afford to participate.
Also, it has been stated that 20 1/2 million dollars is just a starting point in that number should continue to rise
So is 20 the number that’s going to drop some schools out, or is that going to happen when that number continues to rise?
