Just speaking to those on here who suffer TDS or hate or fear monger constantly. Reading some of the postings I have asking myself why waste my time reading people who agree with me to make me feel validated and those who disagree with me because odds are I can do nothing to educate them or enlighten them on why I value something. Why do I bother to even read the threads.

Because I want to hear and Practice COMMON SENSE CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVE BASED IDEAS that are equality, opportunity and meritocracy based. I want to hear from everyone on their thoughts on making America and the World better.

Because to make the world better the first person you start with is yourself and then you make the world better one person at a time with one idea at a time. Simplicity as to the butterfly effect. I don't claim or speak perfection of self, but desire for betterment through my chain of contacts starting with me.

I am disappointed to say that I see a lot of good but also much rancor on here, but my thoughts are not always the best and need to be tested by debate from those who disagree and honed for which I appreciate. Am still open to any criticism, especially constructive criticism that makes me a better human being. Open to even the worse of criticism as that alerts me to the dangers of dangerous ideology, evil misguided people', misinformed, uneducated or just confused people. Free speech and hearing it all helps build character and not a perfect but best plan to live for each of us.

With all MY PERSONAL FAULTS AND SHORTCOMINGS, I want to continue to hear what people think, however with the caveat that when jumping on an issue the facts matter and being the best idea matters.

Now to inflame those that will find this offensive I find and believe that the Trump Administration is running the Country thinking in business format that it is here to be efficient and make a profit while serving the American people. A lot of the maneuvering by Trump and his folks are about leverage and making the DEAL. You don't get people to the kitchen table by insulting them and putting them on the defensive.

There must be transparency, accountability and integrity which has been sorely lacking due to the gross abuse ot waste, fraud, abuse and corruption just to have POWER over people and enrich the deep state.

What you folks whether you realize it or NOT will become the Bible on Negotiations as written by Trump. A GOLDEN AGE is heading our way.

Basically TLDR, but I will pushback on the notion that this is how businesses do cost cutting. That is most certainly not true in any situation I've experienced, and I have done multiple cost-cutting roles in multiple organizations.

I would also pushback that anything about Donald Trump is Christian in nature.

Off the top of my head, it would be a much better fiscal policy to do nothing and let the tax cuts expire, for the top 5% only.

We've had a roaring economy for a few years now, inflation is moderating and the stock market has been breaking record after record. There's no good reason to come in and break everything, destroy hundreds of thousands of lives to make room for a debt inflating tax cut for the rich while also placing tariffs on all our former friends, which will only increase the cost of goods. This is insanity...

If meritocracy is your thing, there is no way in hell you could be in favor of his cabinet appointments who are the least qualified group of imbeciles this country has ever seen. These are far from the best available and were chosen simply because of their loyalty and willingness to carry out his corrupt agenda.

Offer to pay for plane ticket and $5000 bonus to voluntarily show up and accept deportation by providing photo, DNA, Fingerprints and after out of USA for 30 days pick up cashier's check with ID in country deported to. Cannot return to US for 10 years.

Deputize the thousands of bounty hunters to assist in finding and arresting criminal illegals paying the bounty hunter a finders fee.

Pay finder fees to US citizens who turn in criminal illegal immigrants.

Well, I suppose I fall into the TDS category. As I've said many times, I don't like Trump and don't trust what he says or does has this countries' interests as his top priority. Now that being said (and as I've also said many times), I don't think Trump is working for the Russians, I don't think he's evil necessarily, I don't think he's a racist and I don't think he hates America. I think Trump spent his entire pre political life looking out and working for Trump. I don't think that's changed. When Trump and US interests align, he can be quite effective... I actually agree with a lot of his foreign policy including the tariff policy. But what worries me about Trump is that ultimately, he works for Trump. And if Trump's interests and the US interests differ, I think he'd sell out the US in a second. That's my problem with him. I don't think he's conservative and I don't think he's a Christian (but those reasons don't really affect my like or dislike of him).

Now on the rancor side, I don't really have any toward any person on here. I'd guess that the two folks on here that I go back and forth with the most are @TigerGrowls and @areeves. But even though I do go back and forth with them in chat threads, that doesn't mean I actually wish them harm or somehow hate them. Hell, I don't know them at all. I give them a LOT of shit on this board and that's not going to change. I freaking LOVE it. But in no way do I associate this board with reality. If I had the chance to do them harm in real life, I'd take a hard pass (and I hope they would as well). If they dropped by the house for dinner, we'd be fine and just not talk politics. I have lots of friends and family that are Trumpians... and I haven't dropped or stopped seeing a single person b/c of that.

I don't believe that there's an organized Deep State. Again, if there was some sort of organization running things, they'd be a lot more competent than this Deep State you guys keep talking about. Now I DO believe that there's a ton on waste and corruption in the government. You don't have to look very hard to see that. Hell, all you need is a few sessions in congress and you'll be a millionaire from the stock market... That's on both sides and always has been. Insider trading is a perk. That's mostly why I've been quiet on the Musk/Doge things going on. I think they are doing a lot of stupid stuff, but I think they can also find a ton of waste while they do stupid stuff. Trump won the election, and he gets to try things his way. I hope for our countries' sake, it works, but I don't think it will.
