Look, I certainly can see a scenario where they win the game. It won't shock me if they win. The extent of the doom and gloom from our fanbase and the national media has been a bit much, though.
Regarding their 85 Bears defense and them being the hottest team in the nation, I thought it was interesting to consider the (lack of) quality offenses they've played during this run. I threw Wofford out and only considered the 4 SEC teams they played. Two of those teams, OU and A&M, threw QBs out there who can't execute a forward pass. Diego Pavia, who has gotten all kinds of hype for Vandy this year is leading the 116th ranked offense in the nation.
I know they all play in the S-E-C, but Clemson's numbers are drastically better than anyone they've played during their late season run here. I think a lot of people are underrating how good Cade is, especially as a dual threat QB, relative to the other QBs they've recently faced.
