I've listened to many interviews of coaches recently and they all talk about the kids that other coaches tried to 'poach', yet they stayed. They go on to praise them for the type of kids they are and their commitment to the team.
The irony is, that for the most part, the coaches saying these things are also doing their own 'poaching' of other rosters and welcoming the guys that are apparently not as committed or have as good of character. The hypocrisy is at an all time high.
I'm ready for the new league that has clear rules and contracts.
