Is Shane Beamer Actually a Good Coach?

I’ve been the first to make fun of ol’ Shane Train and his antics but he seems to have things moving in the right direction in Columbia. Have I been wrong this whole time and he’s actually a good coach? I don’t think I can stomach even considering it.
