ITT: Fascism

OK, so you have a judge aiding and abetting a criminal to escape law enforcement. How is that fascism? If you or I did this, we would be arrested also. I just don't get the push to allow criminals to avoid prosecution/deportation. Am I missing something here....seems pretty straight forward. Now if it can be proven that she did NOT obstruct, that is an entirely different story.
Fair enough. We’ll see how it plays out.

Reminder that burden of proof is on the state, not the judge.

I'm on the side of the Trumpians on this one. He was charged with a crime and arrested. The FBI may have investigated, but a federal prosecutor decided to press those charges. That's a fair ball. This will go to a federal grand jury and if there's enough evidence, he will be formally charged and go to trial where a jury will decide his fate. That's the system working as intended.

I do think it's ALSO fair to note that if the shoe were on the other foot the Trumpians wouldn't be saying this. You'd hear about crooked prosecutors, weaponized DoJ/FBI, and how this guy can't get a fair trial. That's the way they roll. Rules for thee, but not for me.

You didnt say that for the J6 crowd. You was ok with them being in prison with no trial. Many non-violent protesters spent years in prison without a trial...
The non-violent "rioters" were still guilty of federal trespass which is almost always a felony and the majority of those spent an average of 45 days in jail. For the remainder, they all received due process but why would you care about them at all after what they did unless you don't care simply because they did it for Trump? Remove him from the picture and it's absurd that you'd want to defend them at all.

Also, they voted for a convicted felon.

It’s possible she was pocketing gobs of money and is now upset or something.

Also possible that if she is Catholic, the Bible preaches empathy. Also possible that working with people humanizes them and gives you empathy as well.

At the end of the day I agree no one is above the law and she may have even known there would be consequences and was at peace with that. Illegal is illegal.

@dbjork6317

This is what fascism in reality looks like. You might want to sue Clemson for a refund on your fancy degree.

The US govt secretly colluding with Chevron to assist a foreign govt.

Lemme get this straight…

-Biden secretly allowed Chevron to pay hundreds of millions of dollars to the Venezuelan Government

-This week we learned the Venezuelan government likely facilitated the TdA gang migration to our country

Did Biden fund Tren de Aragua gang members to invade our country with our tax dollars?

What has Alex Jones been right about?

Comey, Brennan and the rest that tried a non-violent coup during his first term. They will face justice. Kash will make certain of it.
Sounds like this calls for an investigation. Oh wait!

Yes, John Durham investigated both John Brennan and James Comey as part of his special counsel probe into the origins of the FBI’s 2016 investigation of Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election, known as Crossfire Hurricane.
  • John Brennan: Durham examined Brennan’s role as former CIA Director, particularly his handling of intelligence related to Russian interference and the Steele dossier. He requested Brennan’s emails, call logs, and other CIA documents to assess whether Brennan misrepresented or manipulated evidence, including what he told other officials like Comey about the dossier. Brennan was interviewed for eight hours in August 2020 at CIA headquarters, where Durham clarified he was a witness, not a subject or target of a criminal investigation. Durham’s focus included Brennan’s influence on the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment and whether he pressured others to align with his views on Russian interference.

  • James Comey: Durham’s investigation looked into Comey’s actions as former FBI Director, including his role in opening Crossfire Hurricane, handling the Steele dossier, and briefings to Congress. However, Comey was not interviewed by Durham, and he stated in 2020 that he had no contact with Durham and couldn’t imagine being a target. Sources indicated prosecution of high-level officials like Comey was unlikely, and Durham did not pursue charges against him. Posts on X and some reports suggest Durham’s investigation into Comey was less aggressive, with critics arguing he failed to hold Comey accountable for alleged misstatements, such as in Gang of 8 briefings.

Durham’s final report criticized the FBI’s handling of the investigation but did not result in criminal charges against Brennan or Comey. It concluded the FBI showed confirmation bias and lacked analytical rigor, though much of this echoed prior findings by the Justice Department’s Inspector General.

Don’t worry liddle dpic.

No crying when it happens. Wonder if Brennan is still in Australia. Probably just on vacation.

What has Alex Jones been right about?
Well obviously the Sandy Hook shootings.

Boston Marathon bombing set up by the FBI.

The September 11th terrorist attacks being an inside job.

And don't forget that the shooting of Arizona congresswoman Gabby Giffords in 2011 was a government mind control operation.
