J6

This is your daily reminder: the J6 committee deleted 117 encrypted files, 100 pieces of other evidence, notably the video testimony of secret service agent Robert Engel, which would have exonerated the claims of Cassidy Hutchinson.

Liz Chaney tampered with evidence and with a witness, Cassidy Hutchinson.

Innocent people don’t do things like that.

"While Donald Trump and Barry Loudermilk continue to spread malicious lies about the 1/6 Select Committee, Trump is trying yet again to hide evidence and suppress the truth. The Justice Department has obtained testimony and evidence from dozens of Trump’s former advisors and Vice President Pence showing the danger Trump poses. Now Trump is already doing what despots do— he is trying to conceal the truth and threatening to jail those who investigated him. The congressional report yesterday destroying Loudermilk’s fraudulent allegations shows the despicable malice behind Trump’s efforts. AG Garland now has a duty to release the Justice Department Report and prevent its evidence from being destroyed. The truth must prevail. The framers of our Constitution knew the lessons of history — that people led by men without character can quickly lose their freedom."

DOJ had to dismiss the 1512c2 conviction Cooper was so certain about.

But DC US attorney still wanted to throw the book at Groseclose, recommending 57 months in prison. To reach that absurd figure, Graves claimed Groseclose's carrying of a chair represented intent to use a deadly weapon. A CHAIR.

Further, the asst US attorney in this case--the sad little lowlife Michael Romano last seen trying to throw the parent of another severely disabled child in prison for a year--tattled to Cooper about a fund Groseclose's life partner had set up to help the family.

Cooper--who sentenced Groseclose to 40 months on civil disorder and 2 misdemeanors--also put a hold on the use of any funds the family raised from individuals wanting to help.

Now Romano wants an ACCOUNTING of how any funds were spent.

Hey Mike Romano and Matt Graves--don't you worry. We will have a full accounting of your abuses soon.
