Judicial Corruption

This will hit a boiling point fast.

New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees — including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!!

Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE — meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue.

The judge cites no law or logic to support this unprecedented order, because it defies both. The judge’s ruling is, in essence, that Scott Bessent simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England.

This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department.

It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances. Instead, only the permanent, deep-state government can know what's being spent.

It means Scott Bessent's subordinates have far more power than Scott Bessent does.

Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars, and will shred it the first chance they get.

For now, the order is only for the next week, but if a court tries to make it permanent the Trump Administration should absolutely consider defying it.

Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again, and every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.

This SDNY Judge knows he has exceeded his constitutional authority.

This judge KNOWS he has intentionally violated the US Constitution’s Separation of Powers.

Therefore, his ruling is NULL & VOID.

He only has the authority the @WhiteHouse CHOOSES to recognize.

Do not recognize him. He & his ruling are illegitimate.

@PressSec should go to the podium & issue a FORMAL statement from the Administration that they do not recognize the authority of this judge or his ruling & will ignore it.

cc @potus @SusieWiles @ChrisLaCivita @StephenM @Scavino47 @realDonaldTrump @PamBondi @Kash_Patel @EagleEdMartin @USAO_DC

And the Justice dept & AG should also issue statements to this effect echoing the White House.

These judges do this because they know we respect law, so refuse to abide by their unconstitutional abuses.

It will be ignored

Trump as President is Supreme

This is New York Judge Paul Engelmayer who just forbade the Secretary of the Treasury to access his own data.

Now, what this mother****er just did,
he just gave Trump ACESS to audit, investigate and obliterate rogue and corrupt judges.

In others words, @DOGE has now officially expanded to include the Judiciary.

JUST IN: Vice President JD Vance just issued a scathing new statement regarding activist judges hindering the Trump administration.

“If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal.

If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal.

Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.”

I am looking forward to what Issues JD leans into after he is done helping to get Trumps cabinet nominees past obstructionist democrats and rinos. That's his focus now, i'm sure. But now that I think as i'm typing, he'll probably stay behind the scenes working to get repubs together on a spending bill.

The President of the United States has ALL federal executive power under Article II of the Constitution.

Courts can stop him if he tries to steal power from other branches, like Biden did with student-loan forgiveness.

But activist judges stopping the President from exercising executive power—like auditing Treasury payments or recalling foreign-service officers—is a radical, dangerous, and unacceptable assault on the Constitution.

The appellate courts must immediately stay these lawless, ex parte TROs.

The Supreme Court must prepare itself to use the emergency docket to avert a constitutional crisis.

Congress must use its power of oversight and the purse to stop these lawless politicians in robes from subverting the will of American voters.

When courts lose their legitimacy, they lose their funding.

Here is another judge who is under the delusion the American people had elected him President of the United States.

This is Judge Kenneth J. Gonzalez, an Obama-appointed judge who just told the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces that he can't deport Venezuelan gang members to Guantanamo Bay.

No one elected Judge Gonzalez to run the executive branch, and especially, the U.S. military.

These Venezuelan gang members are illegal aliens, meaning that Judge Gonzalez has not only violated separation of powers, but he is interfering with law enforcement on behalf of non-citizens.

This is a temporary restraining order, nevertheless, it is sheer hubris even to interfere with President Trump's military orders.

Judges who act like the American people elected them to run the executive branch should be impeached and removed.
