The President fired thousands of probationary federal employees, which is his right.
Their recourse is to file their individual claims with the Merit Systems Protection Board.
Yet leftwing activists ran to a San Francisco leftwing activist judge, who thinks he has the power to force the President to rehire tens of thousands against his will.
Chief Justice John Roberts has allowed activist judges to sabotage the President's core Article II executive powers.

Why wouldn't the communist seek him out? Why would they go after Kavanaugh instead of him?
Many questions need to be answered.
Clinton appointee Judge William Alsup says the Trump Admin has to rehire 30,000 laid off probationary hires. He says that trying to cut headcount is a "sham" and actually it's legally mandatory for taxpayers to keep paying them.
What will blue judges come up with next? Will they order Trump to declare war on Russia? Micromanage troop movements? Dictate what Trump eats for breakfast?
This isn't judicial review. It's dictatorship by a big ego with a gavel. SCOTUS must intervene.

A federal judge’s job is modest but crucial.
They decide cases and controversies.
For parties before them.
With redressable claims.
Courts find the facts.
Then apply the law to those facts.
Then order a remedy permitted by law.
That’s it.
Judges wear robes.
Not capes.
They don’t set national policy.
They certainly don’t set foreign policy.
They’re not the HR department for another branch.
They can’t tell the President who he can hire and fire.
They most definitely don’t meddle with military readiness and morale.
They can’t tell Congress how much to spend.
Nor tell the President he can’t save waste.
These activist judges are destroying their legitimacy by sabotaging the presidency.
They are playing the most destructive game imaginable.
The Chief Justice must do his job and stop this.

Watch the intense coordination, planning and security involved with this operation to transfer foreign terrorists from America to a highly secured prison in El Salvador.
And DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg thinks he has the power to turn around planes in mid-flight and sabotage this operation?
Following his order would put Americans in grave danger.
This dangerous, lawless clown must resign immediately.
Or the House must move to impeach him.
At this point, it’s probably necessary to remove any security clearances Boasberg has and investigate in-depth any financial ties he has to the foreign terrorist organizations at issue in this case.
As the DOJ letter notes, Boasberg—who was deeply involved in the Russiagate conspiracy to overthrow Trump—certified a foreign terrorist organization as a class for the sole purpose of blocking military action against it, and did so within minutes and without any evidentiary hearings.
I know this is really hard for MAGA Nation to grasp, but presidential power that Trump wants doesn’t mean he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants.
That’s why our constitution set separations of power, so no one part of the Executive, Legislative or Judicial could become all powerful.

So the judicial branch gets to police the executive branch in your perfect world, so who gets to police the judicial branch? This is pure corruption. These are crooked judges with multiple vested interests in the survival of the status quo and they are just blatantly trying to go after all of Trumps directives with no solid judicial reasoning to back it up. They will all get overturned if heard fairly. Judges interpret the constitution but do not get to supervise potus performing his executive branch duties. They are pulling this stuff straight our their buttholes. We do not want to become another Brazil or Venezuala and once again who polices these slimy judges? They do not do interviews, and no consequences for these BS injunctions that I have heard or seen. We all can see what this is.....the swamp fighting to survive.
PS - Do not tell me the judicial branch polices itself.
