Then get off your butt and do something about these rogue district judges and their power grabs before the Constitutional system is usurped by them. That is YOUR job, Chief Justice Roberts.
Incidentally, folks, impeachment serves no purpose because there's no way you'll get a super-majority of senators to convict; instead, the focus should be Congress trying to abolish certain of these judicial positions or defund them through a budgetary process that bypasses the Senate filibuster.
Would work if they have the guts to do it.

This is insane.
An activist Obama judge illegally rules the President's staff cannot access information at an Executive Branch agency for the purpose of rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse.
This is a clear violation of Article II, which gives the President all the executive power.
This includes his constitutional duty to "take care" our laws are faithfully executed--free of waste, fraud, and abuse.

Judge Theodore D. Chuang has barred Jeremy Lewin, a former DOGE team member, from becoming Deputy Administrator of USAID.
Instead of letting the administration make its own staffing decisions, Judge Chuang decided Lewin’s loyalty to Trump disqualified him.
Government lawyers asked for clarity — the judge flat-out denied it and warned he could expand the ban if they try any workarounds.
In effect, one judge is now acting as the self-appointed HR department for the federal government...
