Forget his time as Bears Head Coach. We all know that not everyone is made to be a Head Coach. He was Gary Pinkell's DC at Mizzou 2001-2008, Cowboys LBs Coach 2011-2017 and Colts DC 2018-2022 until he got the Bears HC job. If you look at him as just a DC and LBs Coach, he's been very good everywhere he's been.
