That tells me you do but are too lazy to explain it. That's fine. You're stamped.Nope.

Then by that logic Biden also won a huge mandate in 2020...He won both the electoral college and popular vote and Reps sweep. That a HUGE MANDATE...

See where that got us? Oh, 81 million just saying...smh lol... Also Dems didn't sweep in 2020...Then by that logic Biden also won a huge mandate in 2020...
That's what I'm saying, the last presidential election that actually gave one party a mandate was 2008. Dems also got both houses of congress. Election yesterday went about as well as you can hope for Republicans, but it was basically a repeat of 2020 where all the coinflips went towards the Dems rather than the Repubs.See where that got us?
you left off the part where Dems didn't sweep in 2020, so not the same situation. Trump has total power with both houses and the court being conservative. What did the left do when they had that power? hmm lets think and reflect on that...That's what I'm saying, the last presidential election that actually gave one party a mandate was 2008. As per usual (and assuming the Repubs maintain a slight edge in the house) it'll be a race to pass as much legislation as possible before the midterms.
Dems aren't actually that left lmaoyou left off the part where Dems didn't sweep in 2020, so not the same situation. Trump has total power with both houses and the court being conservative. What did the left do when they had that power? hmm lets think and reflect on that...
Again they didn't sweep in 2020 like I said. Also Manchin voted with the Reps so they had control of the senate...The left resides in the Dem party. They pushout many libs, who voted for Trump btw...Dems aren't actually that left lmao
Dems won the house and Harris was the tie-breaker in a 50/50 senate. 2024 was a low turnout version of 2020, you don't have to like it but them's the facts.
A 50/50 senate is a defacto majority for the party that controls the White House because the VP casts the tie-breaking vote. Manchin and Sinema both voted with Dems on the vast, vast majority of legistlation that came up for a vote. Go look up their voting records if you don't believe me.Again they didn't sweep in 2020 like I said. Spin it how you like but Dems didn't sweep in 2020. Reps did in 2024 to a big majority...Might end up with 56 in the senate...A 50/50 senate is a defacto majority for the party that controls the White House because the VP casts the tie-breaking vote. Harris' campaign was largely focused on wooing moderate/Republican voters who seemingly wouldn't vote for Trump. Why do you think all the Gaza noise about voters making a protest vote for Stein was a thing? The choice to try to get votes from the right actively discouraged the actual left wing of the Democratic base. That strategy kicked off after the DNC, which is also when enthusiasm and support for Harris began stagnating/declining.
Guess we'll have to wait and see!Spin it how you like but Dems didn't sweep in 2020. Reps did in 2024 to a big majority...Might end up with 56 in the senate...
