For the lawyers on the board, I wonder if a declaratory judgment action will be the plan of attack. It lets you attack the GOR without risking the $. And with the new members, perhaps there are no real damages (other than bowl money) to the other ACC members if they make the same $ either way as now there will still be 15 members with the 3 new additions.
