Looking for State Retirement help for my daughter

She will be a first year teacher next year and has to choose betwrrn the state SCRS or the state ORP.

If she chooses the ORP, which I think may be better (but not sure) - she has to choose between TIAA, Corebridge, Voya or Empower as the provider.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
