Make America Healthy Again

"The House Agriculture Committee voted 29-25 along party lines to advance legislation that would cut as much as $300 billion in food aid spending to pay for Republicans’ domestic policy megabill and some farm bill programs."

There's damn near zero accountability in the current iteration of healthcare that we have.

Certainly not enough. We should add more accountability. Higher insurance premiums if you don’t take care of yourself for example. It’s not fair to expect other people to subsidize poor lifestyle choices.

It's fun when a 10 second google search can refute her main talking points.
Did not refute it in my opinion.

The problem isn't the System, the problem is the patients. We are sick, we eat like shit, we take too many medicines we don't really need because we are too lazy to get off our asses and walk.

Americans love to blame others for our issues.
Rfk here to save you from yourself yoshi.

How many of the 300 people dying per week are healthy, under 50 years old, have no comorbidities and have a BMI less than 27?

Healthy young people and pregnant women avoiding the Covid vaccine is the right guidance.
Maybe it is and maybe it isn't but should we be trusting you or a vaccine skeptic with a worm in his brain to be issuing that guidance?

What would be the benefit of avoiding it - are you saying it's harmful? How did you come to that conclusion?

The benefit of avoiding it is you don't expose yourself to the risks associated with the shot.

How do i come to that conclusion? Common sense and witnessing adverse reactions to the shot with my own two eyes.

Oh noes! Someone you know got a sore arm?

Unlike you having a sore a$$ because it didn't happen from a shot TB.

I'm of the general opinion that we are over-medicated as a nation. I think most reasonable people would agree. I don't know conclusively whether or not the shot is harmful, but nobody can say that there is a 0% chance that there is. But it just doesn't seem necessary at all for the demographic I described.

My first-hand experience and a wealth of data show that young, healthy, normal body weight people with no comorbidities have a very very very very low risk of complications from Covid, especially now that we are well beyond the peak and more severe strains.

Keep in mind that 300 people dying per week is 0.004% of the population in a given year. And we know from all of the data that the vast, vast majority of deaths are from older people, fat people and people with comorbidities. So what is the risk to the rest of us? Virtually zero. And I'll take zero or near-zero risk over the risk of the vaccine having an adverse impact to me, my wife or my children.

This is the least surprising shit ever. This would be a scandal in any other administration.

Epidemiologist Katherine Keyes is listed in the MAHA report as the first author of a study on anxiety in adolescents. When NOTUS reached out to her this week, she was surprised to hear of the citation. She does study mental health and substance use, she said. But she didn’t write the paper listed.

“The paper cited is not a real paper that I or my colleagues were involved with,” Keyes told NOTUS via email. “We’ve certainly done research on this topic, but did not publish a paper in JAMA Pediatrics on this topic with that co-author group, or with that title.”

Freaking amateur hour White House.

It would be laughable if it wasn't about serious topics and issues. Does anybody doubt we are going to see some ridiculous bullshit articles that they claim supports vaccines causing autism?

RFK also cancelled the bird flu vaccine, along with funded studies for other pandemic flu-viruses because he says mRNA is under-tested LOL, even though it's been studied since the 60s. This means if we do have a pandemic, people who choose to get vaccinated won't be able to get one because of these ignorant conspiracy theorists at the highest levels of this government. This country is so fvcked.

"Just read through the restoring gold standard science executive order. This country is absolutely cooked. Absolutely ****ed. I can not believe we are going down this road. What a ****ing horror show. Now we're going to have trump loyalist appointees, not scientist, deciding whats real science and what isnt with the ability to censor, kill funding, set priorities and decide whats fact or "good science."FYI, both Nazi Germany and communist Soviet Union manipulated science by appointing loyalists to control scientific narratives, prioritizing ideology over evidence. This is absolutely the complete opposite of make america great again. People are going to die. A lot of them."
