Yes and no. We know the source. We don't eat manufactured foods. We eat a high fat diet with very little carbs. No sugars. We do three day fasts every other week. I take no pharmaceutical drugs. No vaccines since I was a child 70 years ago. I don't have to visit the doctor but once a year.
I did do radiation treatment for cancer. My blood work is good. I wouldn't do it again. There are better options.

Read the book "Dissolving Illusions" about the history of vaccines, including polio, it may change your opinion. According to historical charts, it was cleaner drinking water and sanitation efforts in cities that lead to drastic reduction in most viral and bacterial diseases, prior to mass vaccination.
Or we can always believe Fauci, he seems to have an impeccable discernment for the truth when it comes to coopting medicine.

I don't think anything, just presenting you with a resource to look it up for yourself. Polio was almost over in the 60's prior to mass vaccinations for polio, when the government realized the hazard of DDT pesticides. There is a direct corelation to the reduction of DDT on the food supply and instances of polio, see another resource/book "Pesticides and Polio", author Jim West.
These people are way smarter than me, but if you have a desire to uncover the truth of our history, usually books have been written about it, just a lot of them sit on the shelves collecting dust.

I reminded him that a couple million dead people probably would have liked to have had the chance to get a "jab". nobody supports "insufficient" studies for vaccines but the studies for a covid -like vaccine had been going on for years before covid, thank goodness . we can kiss medical research good bye under rfkjr. clean water without fluoride will kill all covid and other viruses.
