Federal judges don’t approve fishing expeditions on former presidents.

And if it were so egregious, Trump has a copy of the search warrant. Why hasn’t he he released it?

Really? Because a federal judge approved FISA warrants on a completely bogus Russia collusion story. You remember that failed impeachment the dems tried to execute? Not the second one but the first one........

Thought it was strange the judge that approved the warrant for the raid represented a good many Epstein employees during criminal trials. Seems odd that he's a federal judge now, no?

I have a good feeling you and I aren't in the same tax bracket.

Still think it's odd that a private attorney for Epstein is now a federal judge........even odder that he's the one that approved the warrant.

1. A gov employee isnt allowed to conduct official business on any private server.
2. Also not allowed to keep classified material on any unsecured sever.
3. Every Pontus takes documents with them when they leave office. Most of the time they end up in their Presidential Library when its built.
4. Pontus has the power to classify or declassify and doc he/she wants, the SoS doesnt have those powers only Pontus...

This wasnt a Fed Judge it was a lower court appellate judge with ties to Epsteen....

I have been trying to read through all the rubble in the many replies

My thinking is let’s wait and see the pretext or what was used to justify the warrant and then what was in the warrant

I find myself saying every day what is this country coming to as people don’t want to base decisions on facts but political discord

I am going to stop posting until this political fiasco blows over

my personal feelings is that this was a ploy to disrupt the mid-terms and to attack Trump

based on friends I have in government they are saying there is a lot of deep state working this thing

they also say that there is a huge amount of whistleblowers who are feeding Trump and the Republicans insider information

I am believing in the end the people who launched this bogus investigation will pay a high price

Trump is going to win not because people love him but because most Americans see this attack on Trump as an attack on every American

Denial about what? Six years and many millions of dollars in investigations and too many investigations to keep count of they cant even give him a jaywalking ticket. Every single time they announce something like this you people jump up and shout "WE GOT HIM NOW WWHHOOOOOOO" only to be let down after the facts come out. Maybe he did do something this time but how about wait for said evidence to come to light so you dont look so foolish yet again. Dont you get tired of looking stupid every single time? No expert on FBI raids, but seems a little off to me...

Once inside the air-conditioned, white marble-clad private quarters, agents fanned out to search every room, while shocked staff were instructed by Trump’s lawyers to unlock doors and provide the FBI access to every room, including the sumptuous Versailles Master Bedroom, renovated by Melania two years ago.

The demeanor of the three DOJ lawyers who accompanied the FBI was described by one eyewitness as "arrogant," and they repeatedly told Trump representatives: "We have full access to everything. We can go everywhere."

Help me out if I am wrong

I am hearing the agents did NOT provide a search warrant or let the Trump lawyers review it and on top of that the search went far outside the scope of the part they did get to read but was very fast in allowing them the time needed

I am feeling this is going to get really good for Trump and really ugly for all the people involved in the raid

Mark that down and get back to me when it happens

This is the current Right in a nutshell. The party has been taken over by pvssies that have weaponized victimization and you have legions of grown ass men acting like snowflakes, defending the indefensible by claiming the victim card, inventing conspiracies and ghost enemies.

When people screw up or commit a crime, (from either party). Partisans don’t hold elected officials accountable anymore, if someone effs up, they jump to their defense, self justify and attack the other side.

Politicians from both sides have let Americans down big time over the past couple of decades. But partisans are playing identity politics, and one’s party has become a key part of people’s identity. Any attack on a politician, even if legitimate and justified, is perceived as a personal attack against one self. So, we end up with shouting matches, grandiose accusations, and talking at each other.

I don’t care what party someone is. Their actions are more important to me than their political affiliation. Someone lying is a liar. Someone stealing is a thief. The little letter attached to their name (R) or (D) has nothing to do with the legality or morality of their actions.
Unfortunately, this appears to make me a dinosaur, I’m obsolete in my thinking. Look at the amount of “what aboutism” happening in threads. Each side goes into deflection mode when their side is alleged to have done something wrong. So, no acknowledgement of wrong doing, just attempts at proving the other side is worse.
Our society has become a zero sum game. It’s not about the values that we share driving us to collaborate, it’s about one side winning and the other losing. At this point I don’t really care about it for myself, but man am I worried about the future for my kids.
