If there was decent leadership and funding, the ACC could really be near the best league in the country. At least, if the teams that have been mediocre or sucking in football would raise their game. Miami, VT, GT, etc.
Also, the ACC could add Oregon State and Washington State. I’d poach UCONN and West Virginia, too.
