Not sure what the Confederate flag has to do with anything.
A lot of the tweeters keep referring to the KKK, (which, btw, is so small it isn't worthy of mention and has killed no one I've heard about in decades), and the Klan has NOTHING to do with the Confederate flag. Their official flag is the US flag. It is the ONLY flag on their website and the only flag that must b at their meetings according to their bylaws.
I'm sorry, the facts stand in clear opposition to your contention.

It would be no different than me trying to shame black people for their African heritage.

The real problem isn't Missouri; it's the damnyankee socialist liberal educators at our institutions of higher learning, which teach a mindset of victimology.
Bad things happened in the past, but they have been righted. Of course, there are a very small minority of people who hate various groups for whatever reason. I am part of one of the most hated groups by the liberal ruling elite: a middle aged, gun-toting, Southern Christian male.
But the fact is that ANYONE in this country who has the ability & works hard can make it.
Our own president and Dabo Swinney are both proof of that.

There is NO connection between the president of Missouri and any acts of racism that may have taken place.

But my point is the "Doing of white people" is the narrative that is pushed. It is almost like I am supposed to feel ashamed to be white. Not saying you are doing that just saying racial tensions go both ways. If one side stops it does not eliminate the issue.
