Sounds like they need helicopters more than anything. All the ones helping out right now are non military. Desantis has already said he’s sending 4 from their national guard tomorrow.

Federal response on this has been terrible.

You’re going to come under extreme fire for saying this, but I wholeheartedly agree. There’s a ton of things the gov’t and military could be doing and/or doing a lot more of.

Everything OP said is already being done in areas all across the southeast. Ignorant people make life so much more difficult than it already is.

Those would be people unaffected saying that
Lots and lots of good people in government with good intentions wanting to help. However, there's also lots of good, well-intentioned people at the DMV but that doesn't make it move any faster. People who want to wait on the government to get something done are going to wait a long time.

This is literally the worst natural catastrophe to ever hit the region, and people are out here expecting a swift, perfect response.

Have y'all heard any of the governers of these affected states criticizing the federal responses? No, and all but one of them are Republican. Brian Kemp made a public statement denying Trump's claims that Biden hadn't called him. It's just nonsense and y'all repeat over and over without even taking 2 seconds to look into on your own.

You all want the federal government to stay out of state affairs, but as soon as something happens that the state can't handle, you blame the federal govt for not responding fast enough. There is no winning with y'all.

You’re a simpleton and not worth debating
