My first try at Philly Cheesesteaks on the Blackstone griddle.

Didn't get the meat I wanted (thinly shaved ribeye) but it was still dang good.

Probably will add more cheese next time (American, Boar's Head).

That crunch you get with the caramelization from the contact with the griddle ... (poser chef's kiss)
