Did not kill a cop yet, but injured one and the day is young. Also, jan 6 protestors were not trying to overthrow the govt. and no cops were killed during the Jan 6 protest - in case you are not aware of that fact.

Don't be stupid. There are literally dozens of videos of people on January 6 attempting to or actually hitting cops.

I did not say it was peaceful, clearly it was not. I am also not defending it. It was wrong, as I have stated numerous times. However, the way it has been characterized is ridiculous.
My post was to point out that the number of violent/destructive protest by pubs pales in comparison the dems. I fully expect the next few months to continue to bare this out.

You are putting words in my mouth I did not say. He asked if there were any cops killed and I responded that no cops were killed by protestors on Jan 6.

Yea. I got it. And by choosing to focus only on cops that were killed you are missing almost all of the context. And you are doing it ok purpose. That's the stupid part. January 6th protestors sought out and attacked cops. It's on objective fact and shouldn't be glossed over because you want to make a point. Did the protestors above do that?

I focused on cops that were killed bc I was replying to a post that focused on cops who were killed(as opposed to being injured).
The answer to you question, yes. They were throwing rocks and bottles at officers and attacking officers trying to make arrests/detain people including throwing a scooter at a police officer. Frankly that is a stupid question given what has happened in many of the large dem protest. There have been literally dozens where dem protesters are specifically attacking cops. I mean there is hours of video footage from across the country of cops being attacked at dem protests over the last decade+. Surely you are not implying cops have not been attacked at dem protests over the last decade+?

Any violent protest is wrong and I couldn't care less what happens to the perpetrators, but at least the ones you bellyache about are protesting something REAL, but somehow that's worse than violently protesting some terrible thing that didn't even happen!

Two things, what they are protesting actually has not happened, so there is that.
Second, I did not mean to imply I thought assaulting police or damaging property was worse bc of the reasons for protesting. I said dems were worse bc they have assaulted many more police officers and innocent bystanders and caused multiple times the damage of pub protestors. That is why they are worse, they have caused much more harm.

Lol like the “insurrection “ that wasn’t an insurrection? Total mis-characterization of Jan6 and you show little knowledge of what’s come out about that event since.
There were dozens of imbedded FBI agents in that crowd which came out in DC COURT ADMITTED, VERIFIED EVIDENCE last month. Care to explain how they could be prepared ahead of time for that but NOT STOP IT??!!!
Care to explain why after repeated requests by the Trump administration for extra security and even National Guard around The Capital that all requests were denied by Capital Police ?????? There are videos of police holding doors open for some to come in and take pictures.
There was a large group of violent masked men in black at the front of the crowd that stormed in and no mention of them anywhere in the legacy media or arrests of these mystery men. That none of the “insurrectionists” were armed. Has it ever occurred to you the completely ridiculous notion that rushing one building among hundreds of government buildings in DC was in any way a real threat to our government? Yet the media portrays this as some part of a massive conspiracy without any other legitimate basis for this paranoid theory. Guess you missed those and a bunch of other things as you never ask your search engine questions that might challenge your beliefs.
