...I am about to embark on a mission that I have been training for all my life. What you see below are hush puppies and fried okra made at the UAE's first brew pub. I have been tracking these Side Hustle dudes for a bit to see when this place would open, and I finally made it here. I am two flights in and the beer is on point. But the true test is how the food is, especially when US southern food is what you lead with. I will report out shortly. On a side note, the also have have shrimp and grits on the menu, but the andoulli sausage is made with beef and duck. Hard pass.
