There is absolutely zero legitimate reason anyone would be against voter ID. The only reason to be against it is you want to allow illegitimate voting.

Also require proof of citizenship, green card or visa to get a government issued ID in every state.

ID cards are free in SC. Drivers license may have a cost, but you just need an ID to vote. Zero cost. Zero reason not to have one.

I like Elon's analogy.

You wouldn't want to go to a sporting even that was not officiated. It would be chaotic, unorganized and probably not a good product. The same can be said for over officiating. When the refs are the story of the game, no one is happy and the product is tarnished.

No one is advocating for zero officials. It's just we want less officials, and we want the officials we have to do a good job and be held accountable for their performance.

And last, how is it possible to make a federal election local? Seems to be a bit of an oxymoron.
