Both Army and Navy had 10 win seasons. Portal doesn’t impact them either way. Those players play for their teammates and not to increase their NIL numbers. Commitment and signing on the dotted line still means something. It will be interesting to see if this year was an aberration or if going forward these two teams remain relevant in the top 25 because of their service agreements for all their players.
