I 100% agree with this. Yes, she stands up there and tells lies when she can not avoid answering the question, but that is her job. She is the mouthpiece for the admin. She is not up there to give her honest opinion on matters. she is there to tow the company line. Given what she had to work with from a substance perspective, she had one of the hardest jobs out there, and did it extremely well, imo.
I will also say that I like her cadence and tone at the podium. I may not agree with her or her boss, but I can see that she is ridiculously intelligent and she is probably a really nice person.

I’ve always said DJT is his own worst enemy. Simply contrast his oblivious style and lack of communication skill with the deftness and polish of Desantis for possibly the best example. Desantis is pretty much a policy clone but has the alacrity to not step in it every other sentence as DJT. Florida is in vastly better shape than any blue state on multiple fronts. In my perfect world Mr ego would step aside and endorse Desantis for potus. He’d do a helluva job if he could clean out the trash enough and put the right people in his administration. This was Trumps biggest problem along with his mouth and ego of course. He made some good hires but a lot of bad hires as well. He was very naive as to how DC actually works. It also doesn’t help that you commit career suicide if you join an administration that wasn’t a part of the DC cabal. The syndicate always eats their own if you don’t tow the uni-party line and the vast majority of people in DC are there purely for their own interests and will do almost anything the cabal says to keep their own career there advancing. Trump has almost no ability to nuance what he says or how he says it to appeal to a broader base of people. Right for wrong there are many who are persuaded much more by style than substance. This is how Obama was so successful.
