Listened to an interview today on radio that Qualk did with Richardson, CJ, and Grisham. Grisham said in the interview that Spector has earned the right to be the slot starter. Richardson said they have simplified the offensive routes (making it easier on WRs and QB), but he is adding his touch to the Clemson passing scheme. Did not get to hear CJ as I came into it in the middle of the interview.
Was surprised Grisham named a starter in the slot already (maybe just meaning headed into Fall camp?), but also found it interesting that Richardson called it the Clemson passing scheme, but then said folks will notice his touch on the passing game. Will be interesting to watch this passing game evolve this year.
