Against: I can't remember what year, but we were playing Maryland in DV. Their gunner caught a punt about 6 yards out of bounds at (let's call it the 40), and the side judge down the ball at the 40 directly beside where the ball was caught....this would have been physically impossible. The ball would have to had taken a right turn for it to cross the boundary there. We went on to lose that game.
For: Can't even remember who we were playing but it was opening day. We were down to some mid major team (as we always play to open) and they had runners in scoring position as the batter served a Texas leaguer down the left field line, but it very clearly landed 5 ft inside the foul line. Umpire called it foul, dude struck out on the next pitch saving 2 runs. That turned the momentum and we came back to win.
