Because policies. No other reason. Clinton's emails turned out to be nothing, she's obviously a career politician so she's somewhat crooked. However, Trumps claims to make America great again when you dig into the policies.
Tariffs on China? You will not find a single economist that supports this idea, most say it would be a disaster.
Build a wall? Ain't happening and you know it. Oh its just a metaphor now.
Tax breaks? Under trumps plan I pay more taxes. Have you even bothered to look?

Absolutely not. Did I somehow indicate that I was a libertarian? Johnson is an idiot. Does not change the fact that I'm extremely underwhelmed with both main party candidates.

you may be right, i hope you are wrong... i do stand by one thing... i believe the media suggestion that trump will be the first republican to lose the college educated whites in 60 years, because i'm a reliable republican voter that just couldn't bring myself to get behind him... i have nothing but disdain for hillary clinton, and yet trust her more with the office and the security of our country. i'm not ok with it at all, but i believe clinton thinks the generals know more about isis than she does, i believe she'll support our Nato allies and talk about dues afterwards, and i believe she understands the importance of slowing nuclear proliferation.
why i voted for trump-
1- i think trump will place 2 supreme court justices that more align with a moderately conservative approach to interpretation of the US Constitution.
2- if we lost trump or clinton, i think pence is the best of the bunch. kaine scares me.
3- teump will appoint 13 cabinet heads that i think would take a more business type approach to mgmt of those particular depts.
4- obamacare, need to say nothing more.
5- id rather work with russia than against russia in the middle east versus the policy of the middle est players using american and russian differences to troll the 2 superpowers.
6- i think a war with russia is of a higher probability with clinton over trump. the clintons along with obama working behind the scenes in eastern europe pissed russia off. them screwing in our elections in direct response in our own govt medddling in elections, especial the orange flags waving. remember that.
russia is in this due to clinton, has absolutely nothing to do with trump. hillary brought this cyberwar on herself by supporting those tactics earlier.

I firmly believe Trump & Cruz were the only two candidates that would have lost to Clinton, and I said that throughout the primary... Maybe I'm wrong and have been the whole time... tonight we find out...

I think he's a pompas jackass that has little respect for anyone that he's not directly acquainted with, and only then if they are puppets on his string. I think he puts his hunches, gut instincts and perceived notions over smarter, more educated, more reasonable, more empathetic and more tolerant advisors in his own party and administration. I think he is more than a maverick and is a loose cannon that will take chances with our lives over his own. That's what I think.
app i agree with all of that, and yet don't care, i wouldn't trust donald trump to run a mcdonalds franchise... i'm ok with corrupt over incompetent, it is that simple for me. Clinton was incompetent on her use of email technology, and i'm glad she'll no longer have any access to email going forward.

I was 18 in 1982 and voted for a democratic (jimmy Carter), not because I believed in his platform, but because there had not been a southern president electedsince the civil war. I have not voted on the democratic ticket since then. There is no way that I will personally be responsible for putting Donald Trump in office, so I'm getting ready to go vote for Hillary Clinton, and want to shoot myself for it.

This thread is essentially a handful of posters saying they voted for trump, a handful expressing ambivalence and exasperation, and a handful admitting that they enjoy pegging.
I have seen people so far show up in Georgia, Greenwood show up and they are shown already voted absentee. Radio just announced that an entire precinct in Pickens is showing voted and ate moving to paper ballots
