I've got a full design and site plan that is completed and need to find a builder to do the project. Wondering if anybody on TI has used a builder or licensed GC in the Greenville area and were happy with the work.
Basic scope of project:
20x20 outdoor pavillion, pavers, fire place
Approx 900 sq ft new deck and structure
Convert 11x15 screened-in porch to a sunroom
Install new front door and portico
Any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated.
