I am super grateful my parents stay connected;; computers, phones, and the like. That comes with a caveat however. Trying to figure out what they did sometimes and how to undo it when I'm 300+ miles away is challenging. I was on the phone with my mom for 45 mins this morning trying to clear out some Malware she got herself into.

Anybody use any remote control/access software with their parents? If I could actually see their screens, 99% of the time it takes seconds. Trying to explain what to click and where sometimes is painful. We tried FaceTime and that was enough motion to give LSD flashbacks.

They're both Mac users, if that matters.
