My brother and I are recent graduates and just landed jobs in downtown Greenville. We are going to be living with a friend of ours who works in Simpsonville area. We are looking to rent sometime during the July/August time frame and trying to find out where the best areas for recent grads/young professionals are to live. Our budget is around 1300-1600/month and are open to both apartments and houses but would prefer a house if possible. We are trying to be as close to downtown as possible so we don't have a 30-45 commute every morning.
Just wanted to see if anyone had experience with any places and/or know of any possible leads on places for rent in the area. TIA
