I am resodding my front and back yard and was initially thinking about Zoysia, but I’m open to other suggestions considering the price. I want something softer and fuller than centipede. What is everyone’s thoughts on Bermuda or St Augustine as an alternative? I get lots of sun in both yards and have little shade down here on the coast.
