I have the bug after spending time with BIL over the 4th...
I have a few questions...
Do any of you ONLY use a Blackstone now? I ask because on my deck I really just have room for one grill and I wonder if I could get away with the Blackstone for 90% of what I cook. I have a small charcoal grill I could always fire up if needed.
Has anyone converted a Blackston to natural gas?
My BIL has a model with some drawers at the bottom, I think he said one was an air fryer and one was a warmer.. He isn't the most grill savvy and hasn't used them... What features are worthwhile? What model/size is 'best all-around'...
