Tell me what you know about Cape San Blas/Port Saint Joe, FL.

We are vacationing down there at the end of July. My wife went as a kid and it was one of her favorite vacations. Snorkeling and fishing, while staying on the beach is the goal. Inlaws are taking their boat. 4 adults and our 3 kids.

Any recs for places to stay, places to eat, things to be sure to do, etc??
