I have family coming in this weekend so I did a test run this past Sunday cooking up some chicken bog as I plan on cooking up this Sat morning for the game. I’ve asked quite a few folks here in Spartanburg and I’m amazed how many people have never heard of chicken bog. I grew up in eastern NC and knew chicken bog.
