I've made the decision that I should probably upgrade my current coffee setup which is a standard kerig.
I drink my coffee straight black and thus far in life the best tasting coffee I've had comes from a French press.
Anyone have some kind of system that can come close to replicating the taste of French press that's more convenient than grinding beans, boiling water, and waiting 10 mins?
From my limited searching it seems like I may just need to invest the time in a standard French press system but didn't want to make that choice without consulting the TI experts.
Standard drip systems typically produce something that tastes watered down to me. I've had more success with dark roast k-cups but I've admittedly not used anything but $30 Mr coffees with dunkin beans on vacation ot something.
I'm willing to spend a few hundred on something if necessary.
Thanks in advance.
