This board always amazes me with the breadth of collective knowledge. I have a commercial property that I use for my construction business including a cabinet shop and for general warehousing. I lease part of it. I have 6 clear span metal buildings totaling 75,000 square feet on six acres zoned S-1 in Simpsonville. I am old enough to start thinking about retiring and certainly have way more space than I need. How much is warehouse space worth these days? My buildings are in decent shape although none have sprinklers. Someone just offered me 2.5 million and I don't know if that is fair, good, great or bad. Any gurus?
