Been seriously considering adding on to the house- debating on a few options but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions or been through something similar. Looking to add probably 1000 sq ft. Some of it as an office/garage, the rest as bedrooms. Really looking to see if someone could ballpark what I should be looking for cost wise?
