Looking for recommendations on how to deal with it or a Doctor in the Anderson/ Greenville area . I starting have issues approximately 6 weeks ago . Most nights I only sleep a couple hours.
I have seen my primary care doctor who
prescribed Mirtazapine 7.5 mg. The med does help me sleep but leaves me with a hangover the next morning. I feel this is a bandaid and not dealing with root cause.
I have also tried Melatonin 10 mg. results is the same as mirtazapine.
Not sure if my PCP is the right type of doctor I should be seeing.
