OT: It is Feb 21 and it is 80 degrees in DC. Where are climate change deniers?

Why is it they only rear their heads (or keyboards) when it is really chilly in winter?

Last 2 days have been extraordinarily warm - and pleasant - in Washington. May not be good for the planet though. By the way, we had about 3 inches of snow all year and hardly anything measurable last year either.

Other than a slight dusting at Christmas, we haven’t had a single snowflake all winter in the PNW. And now, here we are, about to get a 3rd snowfall in 4 days. These are the first late Feb snowstorms for Portland in 23 years - and getting 3 of them in quick succession. The daffodils are already blooming it had been so warm until the last week. Super bizarro.

Busy buying winter coats for the people in San Diego where it was in the 30s yesterday. Try to keep up.

Also had the consistently coldest january I can ever remember.

Warm this week, but will be back to normal next week.

LMFAO...look at late 19th century pics of the Arctic. Climate...CHANGES. Political bullshit ramps up. And most of YOU don't believe in Him.

Please keep working for FreddieMac ....making money and handing the public a turd.

By the way, ya read the headline that NOAA caught altering primary temperature data, again? They were making prior years colder and recent years warmer... nothing to see here but government control. But then again working for a peudo govi in DC that should seem normal.

ABSTRACT - Science

The objective of this research was to test the hypothesis that Global
Average Surface Temperature (GAST) data, produced by NOAA, NASA, and HADLEY, are sufficiently credible estimates of global average temperatures such that they can be relied upon for climate modeling and policy analysis purposes.

In this research report, the most important surface data adjustment issues are identified and past changes in the previously reported historical data are quantified. It was found that each new version of GAST has nearly always exhibited a steeper warming linear trend over its entire history. And, it was nearly always accomplished by systematically removing the previously existing cyclical temperature pattern. This was true for all three entities providing GAST data measurement, NOAA, NASA and Hadley CRU. As a result, this research sought to validate the current estimates of GAST using the best available relevant data. This included the best documented and understood data sets from the U.S. and elsewhere as well as global data from satellites that provide far more extensive global coverage and are not contaminated by bad siting and urbanization impacts. Satellite data integrity also benefits from having cross checks with Balloon data.
The conclusive findings of this research are that the three GAST data sets are not a valid representation of reality. In fact, the magnitude of their historical data adjustments, that removed their cyclical temperature patterns, are totally inconsistent with published and credible U.S. and other temperature data. Thus, it is impossible to conclude from the three published GAST data sets that recent years have been the warmest ever – despite current claims of record setting warming.

Look at this moron.

I have been buying up "useless" property located 2 miles inland up and down the SC coast ever since Al Gore sounded the alarm.

According to the OP I should be set for life in about 20 years.

You do remember the 44” snow storm we had outside of DC 2 years ago don’t you?

Aren't those the same people that think the Earth is only 10,000 years old?

Get a load of this guy. Might as well say 4 googalizillion. More like 6-8K years old.
Lolololol. Yikes.

Also, climate change doesn’t strictly mean warming. It means more exaggerated changes and incredibly abnormal weather trends. Lots of snow in late February, late spring temperatures in late February. It’s a term used to describe what is happening right now, and it is undeniable. Both sides refuse to accept and understand that
