Today, I canceled a four-year-old agreement with a local lawn maintenance company (before that, it was TruGreen). I am looking to save a little money moving forward, but the service slowly disappointed me over the past couple of years.
Does anyone have advice on where to learn and look for how to maintain your yard, DYI style? I have zoysia in the back and centipede in the front. Looking for the yearly timing to put down fertilizer, pre-emergent, etc. Overall tips for a better-looking yard.
