Insurance broker in the upstate trying to buy a book of business from a retiring agent. Need to borrow somewhere between 50-100k. The lender I thought I was using (Oak Street) has a 150k loan minimum so they’re out. Not interested in using equity in my home or putting home up as collateral plus there’s no tangible asset in this deal so local banks seem out. Personal credit score is 750 and have a low DTI. Did my insurance work in my SSN until a year ago so my LLC has no credit profile and soon to file the first ever corporate tax return.
