OT Living in Clemson

Good chance work will be taking me and the family to Clemson in the coming months. I graduated 06 and get there for games but I have no clue where to look to live. We are a family of 3 (plus dog) with a 4th grader, anyone that currently lives in the area have any suggestion/recommendations?
