Mother fell at Mary Black in Spartanburg a couple of months ago. She fell getting something from a vending machine while she was there with my grandmother. She said the floor seemed really sticky.
Broken rib, broken wrist, and broken knee cap.
She informed them that she fell. They state that they don’t have a camera in that area and they keep sending her bills for the treatment. She has called them but has not gotten any answers or correspondence.
I don’t have the first clue on what to do to help her. Is there anything that can be done?
