I’m considering investing in a property to turn into a STR in either Savannah/Tybee Island, Charleston, or Myrtle Beach. I’m trying to find something in the 5’s if possible, which rules out most of Charleston and downtown Savannah.
Do any of you guys have experience with STR’s in any of these towns, or really any town on the coast? I would also consider Greenville…just don’t know if the revenue is there to make it worthwhile.
