My wife is in the hospital and needs to transfer to a skilled nursing care facility. She is just below acute care and above what a standard nursing home provides. Only a handful have beds right now. NHC in Anderson is available, but I have lots of bad input about them and Medicare.org shows they are understaffed.
Do any members have experience with Manna in Pickens? The other two with beds available (West Village Post Acute Greenville and Powdersville Post Acute) were even more understaffed than NHC.
