I do it. A lot, apparently. Having a second surgery in August to complete repair of a deviated septum that looked like an accordion (so I’m told by ENT) after smashing it snowboarding 30 years ago. I know it won’t solve the issue. I also have one of the mouth appliances with limited success. Anyone struggle with this? I sleep through ti. It it’s about to send my wife off the deep end.
