For those who might know something about such things: with science as good as it is and the widespread use of hydroponics, what is preventing someone from consistently producing the near perfect tomato, year round? Maybe they are and i’m not aware of it. Surely it is known what makes a beautiful, bright red, non-mealy tomato.
