Talking heads on cable news and people that live on social media, and wake up in the morning looking for something to be outraged over, don't represent the majority of people in this country, or even close to it.
For example, when all the airlines last week announced they were removing their mask requirements on planes, the majority of responses on twitter were of the "You're awful. I'm never flying your airline again" variety. Yet, when I flew this past weekend, I'd say easily less than 10% of the passengers on the plane were even wearing masks.
I mean sure, there are going to be people that freak out over this Musk buyout, but like everything else, that collection of people are a very small minority.
